The jewel of the Texas Gulf Coast.

The Wetlands at Crystal Beach is a 141-lot coastal community on 136 acres in the heart of Bolivar Peninsula — nestled between miles of beautiful beaches and the East Galveston Bay.

This is a community designed around its setting. Over 100 acres of wetlands, a 10-acre saltwater lake connected to the Intracoastal Waterway, an exclusive reserve overlooking some of the finest sunset views on the Texas coast, and a resort-style pool at the heart of it all. Three distinct natural environments — beach, bay, and wetland — anchored by amenities you won't find anywhere else on Bolivar.

Take a short ferry ride to historic Galveston. Watch dolphins play in the bay. Fish year-round. Walk the beach at sunrise. Or simply sit at Sunset Point and watch the day end across the wetlands. This is what coastal living was meant to be.

Absolutely. Our development team is currently working on incentives for early buyers — reach out and let's discuss.
Yes. In fact, homeowner rights are written into the HOA guidelines to allow you to responsibly rent your property and reap the rewards of being a coastal property owner. Renters obviously have to adhere to the same guidelines as full-time residents to protect everyone's interests.
The Wetlands at Crystal Beach is just blocks from the beach, boat launch, restaurants, stores, shops, and other community activities. Being on the bay side of the peninsula not only is preferred for property protection but also will not have the traffic that properties on the beach access roads experience.
Development infrastructure is expected to commence in 2026 and complete approximately twelve months later, at which time home construction will begin.
Of course. The builder warranty — often referred to as a 1-2-10 warranty — includes a one-year warranty for workmanship and materials, a two-year warranty for plumbing, electrical, heating, and air-conditioning systems, and a ten-year warranty for major structural components.
